Seems to be a sports game of some kind. The game is controlled by a shoe (i think). The goal is to get the ball into the net. The net constantly moves back and forth.

You must syke out your opponent and shoot the ball in between the moving net.

Pretty simple game. Not very difficult. Music gets a repetitive.
